📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, our international manufacturing and fulfillment partners will be temporarily closed.
Orders placed before February 26th will NOT be shipped until February 26th.
This temporary delay is due to holiday closures and high seasonal demand. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this extended processing time.
Once operations resume, orders will begin processing immediately.

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare, package, and dispatch your order. This does NOT include shipping time.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear in the system due to carrier processing.
If you do not receive tracking within 7 business days after February 26th, please contact our support team.

For international orders:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
📭 Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:

If the package is returned to us, the customer must pay a reshipping fee.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

🚫 Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be changed or canceled.

Due to high demand and viral social media traffic, shipping times may occasionally be extended.
