📦 Processing & Shipping Notice (Chinese New Year)
Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, our manufacturing and fulfillment partners will be temporarily closed.
All orders placed will NOT be shipped until February 26th.
Please understand that this delay is outside of our control and is due to international holiday closures. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this extended processing time.
Once shipping resumes on February 26th, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–20 Business Days (depending on location)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or high demand periods.
🔁 Returns
Because our 2-in-1 spray hairbrush is a personal care product, we do not accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons once the item has been opened or used.
However, we will gladly assist you if:

Your item arrives damaged

Your item arrives defective

You received the wrong item
To qualify for a return:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

You must provide clear photo or video proof
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are only approved in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or defective

The wrong item was sent and cannot be replaced

The order is officially declared lost by the carrier
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Processing time for refunds: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect address provided by customer

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Orders placed before reading the February 26th shipping notice
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only.
After 12 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled due to automated fulfillment systems.
📭 Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

Check your local post office

Contact the carrier directly
If your package is officially declared lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a resolution.
⚠️ Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
If the package cannot be recovered, we cannot issue a refund.
